They're on a mission to make cryptocurrency part of the everyday economy by helping crypto organizations and traditional financial institutions reduce transaction risk and make crypto transfers safe. Having recently raised$14.5M Series B funding and processed over half a trillion dollars worth of transactions, they're recognized as a vital enabler of the crypto ecosystem.
What you will be doing
You'll be driving sales growth in the European market, owning the complete sales journey from first contact to deal closure. Your days will involve reaching out to potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, building relationships with compliance and legal teams at crypto companies and financial institutions, and educating them about crypto compliance regulations. You'll also represent the company at industry events and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and account expansion. Think of yourself as both a relationship builder and a crypto compliance educator.
What will you bring
Must-Have Skills:
1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or financial services
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong relationship-building abilities with compliance, risk, and legal teams
Ability to understand and explain complex regulatory concepts
Experience with full sales cycle management (prospecting to closing)
Nice-to-Have Skills
Strong interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
Additional European language proficiency
Experience with SaaS or fintech sales
Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial services
Previous experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
Experience & Education Level
Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-3 years of B2B sales experience required, with technology or financial services background preferred.

This position is based out of Bangalore, but you will be working with a global crypto regulation technology company serving European markets.
