About the Company
Our client for this role is a Fortune 100 business process solutions company based out of the United States, specializing in mission-critical services that power essential operations for major corporations and government agencies worldwide.
What you will be doing
You'll be the friendly voice customers hear when they need help with their recent purchases. Your day will involve handling inbound calls from customers who have questions about order tracking, delivery status, returns, and other post-purchase concerns. You'll use your problem-solving skills to quickly resolve issues, turn frustrated customers into happy ones, and occasionally help with product recommendations when it makes sense. Think of yourself as the customer's advocate - making sure they feel heard, supported, and satisfied with every interaction.
What will you bring
Must-Have Skills:
At least 6 months of customer service or call center experience
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong problem-solving abilities and patience when dealing with upset customers
Ability to type accurately at 30+ words per minute
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have Skills / Bonus skills
Experience with order management or e-commerce platforms
Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems
Previous experience in de-escalation techniques
Knowledge of upselling and cross-selling strategies
Experience & Education Level
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
Time Zone
CST time zone (7 AM - 12 AM shift flexibility required)
Location
This position is based out of Bangalore, but you will be working with a global Fortune 100 company.
